Hi guys!
So I know that those amongst you that know that I have technological special needs will be very amused by the fact that I have created a blog to keep you up to date on my adventures in the middle east! But I thought it was time I got over my fear of these blessed machines and gave it a go!
I have 6 days to go until I leave the grey skies, and no - I am not ready! I have to find a whole bunc of urine pots and other associated lab stuff, I have to find out how I am going to transport this, and I have to find a way of getting it through Yemeni customs. I wonder will a smile work ths time?! I also have to unpack, do my washing, and repack. I am going home to Belfast for 3 days, I have a 5000 word essay to submit, and I have to download all my literature searches in pdf format. remember the special needs?! it is going to take a miracle.
So all in all it is a very good thing that my moto in life is taken from the words of the good man Jon Bon - "I'll sleep when I am dead!"
But I am invigorated from a great time in Marakech, and I am excited and full of anticipation about what the next weeks and months have to bring!
Just need to empty the washing machine first.........
